Willow Salon stylists have been trained by Paul Mitchell National Educators and by Stephen Adams in the latest color and cutting techniques.  Since we believe continued education is very important our salon participates in weekly training to stay on the "cutting" edge of style.

Michelle Thomas - Master Stylist/Owner- John Paul Mitchell Systems National Educator

Michelle has been in the industry for over 18 years.  She is currently a National Educator for Paul Mitchell Systems.  She loves helping you discover the beauty in your hair.  Her specialty is giving you your own unique cut and color that will celebrate the beauty of your face shape and hair texture.  She has appeared on stage with some of the beauty industries masters.  She has done runway, movies, theater, print and bridal work.  She is passionate about education and has brought in educators from around the country to train the stylists here at Willow.  Her main goal is making sure you feel celebrated and gorgeous from your head to your toes.  Schedule your appointment today with Michelle..
Danie - Executive Designer/Manager

Danie is one of our best stylists! She is an Aveda graduate and has been in the industry for 4 years. She loves to create new and fun styles that are best for you ! Creative coloring and foils, haircuts, up-do's, perms and waxing.

Jackie Bouley- Executive Designer

Jackie is a graduate of Aveda Institute Minneapolis.  She enjoys performing all types of hair services and is certified in the Marcia Teixeira Keratin Smoothing Treatment. She loves getting to know her clients and finding the perfect style to reflect their individual personality.  Ongoing education is a high priority which brought her to Willow Salon. 

Ashli Roberts- Designer

 She is one of our rising stars...She has her own clientele but she is also one of Michelle's favorite assistant.  She likes to get right in there and get involved with whatever is going on.  She is extremely talented with cutting and foiling.  She is a small town girl who moved to the big city to do some fun hair!!! Give her a try....promise she will not disappoint!

KATIE MARSHALL- EXECUTIVE STYLIST

Katie comes to us with a lot of experience.  She has worked at the one of the finest salons in Maple Grove.  She has amazing abilities with foiling and coloring.  She is especially great at Men's grooming and creating a strong and vibrant look for each client.  Come give Katie a chance.
