CANCELLATIONS
Willow Salon requires a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice.
For cancellations within the 24 hour period, a 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.
No call, no show appointments will be charged the full service price.
Our salon sends one or more of the following to confirm your appointment: text, email, or phone call. Appointments not confirmed by the client are subject to being cancelled or rescheduled.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
We want to ensure our guests feel confident in their new look! If you feel that you aren't 100% satisfied with your service, give the salon a call within 2 weeks of your appointment - we'll be happy to help you out.
NEW CLIENTS
Receive $10 off your first coloring service or $5 off your first haircut. Be sure to mention this discount at checkout!
REFERRALS
We'd love to meet your friends & family! Refer someone you know and you will both receive $10 off your next service.
